We offer complementary FREE shipping with door to door tracking.
All orders are manufactured on demand due to customizable options of the products, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be made and processed.
Our shipping methods include tracking.
We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Sometimes our mail pickup comes in early afternoon, so tracking for orders shipped later that day may not update until the following business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped.
Since we corporate with glass art studios and artisans from different countries, we have shipping centers in US and oversea, which means your order might be shipped from US domestic or international.
- For all US orders, orders usually ship in 2-3 days and delivers in 5-12 business days.
- For international inventory items, orders ship in 48 hrs. Orders without ink usually delivers in 7-13 business days.
